2 Tbs. flour
1 Tb butter
1/2 cup water
3 Tbs. cocoa
Combine in a sauce pan and bring to a boil while stirring.
Boil for two minutes then add:
2/3 cup (one small can) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Return to a boil then allow to cool. (it thickens as it cools)
Reheat lightly to serve.
Also good as a brownie sundae sauce.
