Asparagus
sea salt
Juice
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
*Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Snap asparagus & sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake on greased cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes.
(You can also steam asparagus if you prefer).
Meanwhile, brown 3 Tbsp butter in a small pan, remove from heat.
Add water, soy sauce, & balsamic vinegar.
Combine in a bowl & serve.
