1 can corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green pepper (or a combination of red, yellow and green)
2 chopped Roma tomatoes

1/4 cup sour cream (I use Lite)
2 Tbs mayonnaise
2 Tbs vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp pepper
Stir together and mix into vegetables. Chill and serve with crackers.
