1 cup milk
1 small pkg. instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Mix milk and pudding mix in a small bowl. Beat 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Stir in Cool Whip.
Frosts 24 cupcakes or a 9 x 13" cake.
