Baked Pork Chops

4-6 pork chops

Salt & pepper and brown on both sides. Place in baking dish and top with sauce:

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (low-fat)
1/4 c. ketchup
1 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms (or canned)

Bake at 375° F. for 45-50 minutes. Serve with stuffing, noodles, or rice.
