Taco Soup

*from Kathy Newton

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 qt. stewed tomatoes (I used diced)
16 oz. can tomato sauce
16 oz. can french cut green beans
16 oz. can white shoepeg corn (can substitute yellow corn)
16 oz. can garbanzo beans
16 oz. can red kidney beans
1 package taco seasoning (about 3 Tbsp.)
3 cups water

* Brown and drain ground beef. Combine all ingredients in a large pot, including juices from cans, in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 20 minutes or more.

*Top with Fritos, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
