Peach Salad


Recipe from Marian C.

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp paprika
1-2 Tbs. grated onion

Mix all ingredients (except oil in blender then slowly add oil to emulsify.

Serve on a bed of--
salad greens
fresh sliced peaches
roasted pine nuts
crumbled blue cheese
cooked shredded chicken (sprinkled with salt and lemon pepper and baked covered) optional
blueberries and red grapes (optional)

Thank you for posting this recipe--I was just going to ask for it. Last night was a great success and fun for us. The food was absolutely delicious. I have been craving it all today. I've decided the Miller girls are the domestic queens of the Jackson fmaily. Thanks for being willing to share so many of your great recipes, ideas, crafts, etc.!
