Artichoke Dip

Always a crowd pleaser...

1 (14 oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese (or parmesan, romano & asiago blend)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with tortillas chips or bread slices.

This is amazingly good & very simple! We have made it twice now! I would recomend cutting the artichoke hearts up before mixing. We also added fresh ground pepper to bring out the flavor of the cheese. YUM!!!! Great Blog! I love it!

I forgot to mention to cut up the hearts first (I always do) I will have to try adding pepper next time, good idea! So glad you like our blog :)
